Do you ever feel like there’s just not enough storage space in your kitchen? If you have, you are not alone. This is a common complaint among many customers that we talk to. No matter how many cabinets you have in your kitchen, it will still seem like a cluttered mess without the proper storage solutions. If you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen and want to find ways to become more organized, look no further. Let’s chat about some of my favorite kitchen storage ideas to give you inspiration in creating the functional kitchen of your dreams.
Utility Cabinet with Pull-Out Shelves
Large pantries with fixed shelves can sometimes cause a hassle. I don’t know about you, but I cannot always see or access the items all the way in the back of the pantry. These pull-out shelves allow you to easily access and see everything inside of your pantry. Since the deeper pantries have so much space, some people will also choose to add pantry bins to help keep the space even more organized.
Pull-Out Trash Bins
Let’s be honest - the trash can is not the most aesthetically pleasing item in your kitchen, but it is a necessity. So, I can’t think of any better idea than placing it somewhere both concealed and easily accessible. This cabinet is super useful as it allows for easy disposal of debris during food preparation. Another advantage is that you can store two trash bins and organize them accordingly all whilst keeping them out of sight.
Pots and Pans Pull-Out
One of the biggest problems I struggle with is the organization of my pots and pans. I am just in love with this base pots and pans pull out cabinet, which is a perfect way to eliminate the disarray usually found in this storage cabinet.
Pull-Out Spice Rack
This is another one of my personal favorites. These pull-out spice racks keep your spice collection compact and discreet. It is awesome to be able to reach the spices that you need without hunting through all those jars. A lot of kitchens during the design process end up with dead space in between cabinets. With this pull-out spice rack, you can take advantage of this empty space and have a perfect storage solution for all your spices. The spice racks come in different widths, so we can also find one that is the right one for your space.
These are just my top four kitchen cabinet storage solutions, but there are so many more. Check out some more storage solution ideas at: https://www.bighamremodeling.com/storage-solutions-kitchen
